Tree of Light

A Spectacular Rotary Tradition

The Rotary Club of Chipping Campden and District Tree of Light is a spectacular tree taking pride of place in the centre of Chipping Campden over the Christmas season. Your generous donations and sponsorship has raised £50,000+ over the years and helped us support local and national charities, schools and students.

Join us each year at the light switch on at the Chipping Campden Christmas market at the start of December. Try our Mulled Wine and home-made mince pies whilst you're there – we look forward to meeting you soon.

This year your support is more vital than ever

We hope you can donate and remember someone special.

Why Remember Someone Through the Tree of Light?

Remembering Loved Ones

With on-going support from local residents around Chipping Campden, Mickleton, Weston Sub-Edge and the surrounding villages, we can do much more to honour those we remember.

The Rotary organises the Tree of Light to support people in sharing their memory of family and friends in Campden and the local district in a way that keeps giving. It ensures their presence, personality, and time in their village or town means their memory lives on.

Their values, kindness, lessons, and love stay with us and keep shaping who we are. Instead of being only an absence, the relationship becomes something that stays alive as you remember them. Through the Tree of Light, we celebrate those special people and the lasting impact they had on our community.
